About our Founder
Henrique Pérez is the founder of Guillan Commerce International. A graduate of the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Accounting and Finance and a CFA Charterholder, he began his career as an equity research analyst at BTG Pactual, one of Latin America's leading investment banks.
In 2025, he left institutional finance to pursue entrepreneurship, turning his focus to brand building and global e-commerce. He brings the analytical discipline of equity research to everything he builds.
